In collaboration with NEA, the Energy Efficiency Technology Centre (EETC) @ the Singapore Institute of Technology aims to be the leading technology innovation centre that supports local Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in energy efficiency initiatives.
EETC aspires to promote the development of energy efficiency capability and the adoption of new technologies in the local energy ecosystem for the industrial sectors.
EETC supports local industries in energy efficiency initiatives and helps to address both short and long-term needs in the local EE ecosystem through the following:
NEEC 2025 will be held at MAX Atria (Singapore EXPO) from 1 to 2 Oct 2025. NEEC 2025 is co-organised by the National Environment Agency and EETC under the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), and supported by Economic Development Board, Energy Market Authority, Enterprise Singapore, and National Climate Change Secretariat.
The NEEC is part of the learning network of the EENP programme. It aims to provide a platform for industry experts and companies to share energy efficiency to developments and success stories.

NEA launched an industry-focused EENP programme on 29 April 2010. The EENP is a voluntary partnership programme for companies that wish to be more energy efficient, thereby enhancing their long-term business competitiveness and reducing carbon footprint. The EENP aims to support companies in their energy efficiency efforts through learning network activities, provision of energy efficiency-related resources, incentives, and recognition.
